FLEXIBLE OPTIONS
Manufacutred Polyurethane is an Eco-friendly product with a soft elastic texture. It is great to cut & apply and is suitable for cottons, polyesters and cotton/polyester blend. PU comes in a wide variety of colours as well as reflective and sun blocker.
This is a cheap option for sports teams and one off prints as you don’t have a set up per colour like screen printing. We also use Heat press for a lot of new companies wanting big branding, but not large quantities.
Each time you come in and get a heatpress job done, there is a set up cost on each invoice. This is because of getting them cut out each time.
There are no minimum quantity brackets for Heat transfers, but it is more cost effective to do more at one time.
The best file for printing are EPS, Ai and PDF. If you don’t have these files but have a high resolution JPEG or PNG, they can be printed as a Digital print but have to be re drawn for permacut.
